Fitness & Wellness Programs

USU’s Fitness & Wellness Program provides integrated programs and resources that promote healthy lifestyles and create opportunities for positive behavior modification. Programs and services, we are currently offering include; fitness classes, wellness workshops, personal training, nutrition coaching and special events.
